1. About this service

Stickz Publisher ("the Service") is a personal tool operated by STICKZWHATIFZ ("the Operator"). It lets the Operator upload and publish the Operator's own videos to the Operator's own TikTok account through TikTok's official developer tools.

2. Who may use it

The Service is used only by the Operator and by anyone the Operator has expressly authorised for their own account. It is not a public service. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms when you use TikTok through the Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the videos you upload. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in the videos (including music, images and text) and that they do not break the law or TikTok's rules. The Service only sends a video to TikTok after you choose it and confirm it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post spam, misleading, harmful or unlawful content, to bypass TikTok's limits, or to access accounts you do not control.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without promises of availability. It depends on TikTok's platform, which may change or stop working at any time. The Operator may change or end the Service at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not responsible for losses caused by use of the Service or by TikTok's platform.

7. Ending access

You can stop using the Service at any time and remove its access to your TikTok account in TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services.
