By using bruscrew.co.uk you're agreeing to what's below. It's a cat website, so none of this is dramatic, but it's worth writing down.

Submitting a cat or a meme

When you send us something, you're confirming that it's yours to send and that you're happy for us to post it on this website and on our social media, with credit where you've given us a handle.

You keep ownership of your photos. You're giving us permission to use them, not handing them over. If you want something taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

We can't feature everything, and we may edit captions for length or tone. We won't post anything that shows an animal being harmed or neglected.

Buying a sponsored post

Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken up front through Stripe.

We'll normally post within seven days of receiving your photos and caption. If we can't, because the content doesn't fit the site, or we can't make it work, we'll refund you in full.

Because each post is made for you specifically, the standard 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply once we've published. Before publication, just ask and we'll refund you.

We reserve the right to decline anything we don't think fits, and to refund rather than post it.

The giveaway

Entry is free with the mailing list. Winners are drawn at random and contacted by email. No cash alternative. We'll always say who won.

Games

The games are third-party HTML5 games embedded for fun. They're provided as-is.

Advice on this site

Anything we write about cat care is general information from cat owners, not veterinary advice. If you're worried about a cat, call a vet.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it'll never break. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
